Can the simulator be set up indoors and outdoors?

How long does setup take?
Most events require approximately 45–60 minutes for setup and calibration. We'll arrive before your event begins so everything is ready when your guests arrive.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially during spring, summer, and fall weekends. Popular dates can fill quickly.
What if it rains?
For outdoor events, we'll work with you to determine the best solution. If a suitable indoor location is available, we can often relocate the setup. We'll communicate with you ahead of your event if weather becomes a concern.
Do I need to provide anything?
Just the space and access to a standard electrical outlet. We take care of everything else.
